  We bought our 5th wheel here and the sales and service have been second to none. Very helpful with after-sales service also with immediate attention to any questions or warranty issues. Very well done Pat, Kyle and the whole team at Rock Island RV! We will definitely buy from Rock Island again.

  Rock Island RV Service Department rocks! We had electric power issues on our Tiffin Motorhome unexpectedly while dry camping just outside of Trail so packed up the next morning and went into town which was a Saturday for help. Service Manager Kyle Jones said he did not have anyone working in the service department that day but for us to stay across the street at the City Campground so we would have shore power and come back first thing Monday morning and he would see what he could do. He also mentioned that regular appointments were being made a month in advance. Being as we live in our motorhome full-time and are only in town for a week he sent a technician over Monday afternoon to source out the problem and discovered, a blown out fuse. Kyle came over with Clay to double check it was the fuse and gave me great instructions on how to prevent it happening again. It was replaced within an hour or so and we were good to go. I would recommend their service department to anyone. Way to go guys! Greatly appreciated.

  Can't think of one bad thing about Rock Island. Pat and the whole staff are excellent and patient with a newbie. They have taken excellent care of me even coming to my home to fix a problem with my trailer. I can't say enough how great the service is.
