  The bouquet my mother received was nothing like what is shown online. paid $67 for three roses and two daisies, was expecting a big beautiful bouquet. I phoned to complain and was refused a refund or new bouquet, even though the website says "Satisfaction Guaranteed". She told me i was "one of THOSE customers" and laughed when i said i would complain to the governing florists organization.

  Scammers. Beware they willing accepted a fraudulent credit card transaction over the phone. The caller used my wife's credit card (women's name). They let a caller named "Dave" use my wife's to rack up 250$ in charges. They didn't ask for the CCV and we got scammed.
