  this is the place I take my car for service in Trail. Even though I dont drive a Subaru they are good to me :) They are always good and give loaner cars if its gonna take a long time. Last time they gave me a brand new Crosstrek which was awesome!! great service just book ahead and you will be fine.

  They have always treated me exceptionally well, their services are bargain priced, and they even change my summer/winter tires for free whenever I need.

  Terrible service. Spent over $600 to have them replace the front brakes only to have a rattling noise develop within days. Our neighbour looked at it and found that the two caliper bolts had not been put back in or improperly installed and then fallen out. If it would have come loose the wheel would have seized and pulled us off the road or worse. After calling and trying to get some kind of compensation all we got was denial and that 'maybe the part came to us faulty from the factory'. We were then offered a free oil change (which we declined) and were then rudely hung up on. Definitely not going back.
